Privacy policy
Progress on your device
Your progress, settings, collected images and saved attempt stay on your device. The game has no account or cloud-save service. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove progress. Purchase restoration does not restore progress. Choosing online Tower ranking uses your Google Play Games identity only for ranking; it does not back up local progress.
Purchases
Google Play processes payments; we do not receive payment-card numbers. Our Google Cloud service receives and stores the product identifier, Play purchase token, a hashed record identifier, purchase and acknowledgement status, and update time to verify access, restore purchases, handle refunds and prevent fraud.
Advertising and age settings
Google AdMob provides optional rewarded ads and a banner when eligible users enter Gold Garden. An age group is stored on your device without a birth date. Unknown ages and users under 15 do not request ads or consent information. Ages 15–17 receive non-personalized, under-age-of-consent treatment with general-audience ad content. Google receives the corresponding restriction signals. Google SDKs may process IP-based approximate location, device identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, security and service delivery. UMP manages applicable adult consent choices; Settings exposes privacy choices when required. There is no cloud-save service.
Support information
If you email lolisia@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you provide to answer your request. Do not send passwords, card details or raw purchase tokens. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child's information.
Retention and deletion
Local data stays until removed on your device. Purchase records are retained while needed for paid access, restoration, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve requests and related disputes. You may request deletion by email; some records may need to be retained, and deleting verification records can affect restoration. Google manages data it processes under its own policy. Tower records and profiles remain until withdrawal or edition retirement. Withdrawal removes public ranking data, but abuse reports, reported-content snapshots and operator notes expire after 30 days, including after withdrawal. Opt-in diagnostic reports have 30-day logical retention; unsent local reports and lookup history expire after seven days. Cloud access logs are retained for 30 days. Disabling diagnostics clears pending local reports; contact support to request deletion of reports already received. Hiding ranking text leaves its original stored privately and does not remove the score.
Service providers and security
Google Play, Google AdMob and Google Cloud process data to provide their services. Network services may process IP addresses and technical request logs. We use encrypted network connections and restrict access to service records. Processing can occur outside your country. No system can guarantee absolute security. Optional Tower ranking uses Google Play Games sign-in and Play Integrity verification. Our Google Cloud service stores a keyed player ID, floor and limited gameplay summary, selected country flag, three-character initials and reports. Recording a ranking requires exactly three characters from A-Z, 0-9 or ! ? . - _. Top 10 rank, floor, flag and initials appear publicly immediately after recording. Optional diagnostics, enabled separately in Settings, send a session ID, device/app details, errors, performance measures and limited gameplay summaries to Google Cloud. Advertising performance analytics is off by default and is enabled only when users aged 18 or older consent separately in Settings. App usage, purchase and ad revenue, and app/device identifiers are sent to Google Analytics for Firebase and used by linked AdMob and Google Ads for advertising performance measurement. This analytics does not use personalized advertising. Withdrawing consent in Settings stops future collection. Data already sent is handled under Google's retention settings and privacy policy. This analytics does not back up your progress to the cloud.

This website
This site does not use analytics scripts, advertising, forms, or nonessential cookies. Its hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
